Hemavan Fjällstation offers a homely alternative for individual guests, families and groups in a relaxing environment, with several lounge areas. Full and half-board or room only.

Self-catering is also an option in the summer. The mountain lodge enjoys a stunning location in the heart of Hemavan, with the Centrumbacken piste and the new kids’ ski area on its doorstep. It is also close to the shops and café at the Bayhill Center mall, and within easy reach of various restaurants, ski rental shops, a swimming pool, buses and the airport.

Four-bed rooms with bunks

The main building offers 13 spacious and uniquely decorated four-bed rooms with bunks. The lower bunk is a double bed with a sprung base. A toilet, shower and drying cupboard are shared with the room next-door.

The annex provides simpler accommodation at a lower price. The 10 rooms are smaller than in the main building, with communal showers and toilets located at each end of the annex, along with drying rooms. All the rooms have four beds. The middle of the building houses a lounge area and a self-catering kitchen.

The mountain lodge has been specially adapted for disabled guests. The three floors of the main building are served by a lift and wheelchair users have direct access to the building from the car park. In addition, we rent ski-carts and sit-skis, and have our own instructors. Visual impairment was also a consideration when building the lodge.
