Information for booking our flight offers
During the winter we offer great prices to everyone who wants to take the flight to Hemavan. All accommodation prices and airline tickets are discounted when you book through us. The discount is controlled by demand. The cheapest options you will usually find sunday-thursday but other days are also discounted.
Period: You can find departures 6 days a week (not Saturdays) period V.1-V.17 2016. If you want to book your flight with arrival before week 1 or after week 17, we refer you to the Nextjet.se.
Prices: All accommodation prices and airline tickets are discounted when you book through us, which the discount is controlled by demand. The cheapest options you will find usually Sunday-Thursday but other days are discounted. The price includes air tour / ticket, hotel accommodation and breakfast. Additionally, you get 25% on ski rental and 50% discount on ski school. Valid only on site upon presentation of the booking confirmation.
Accommodation: Current accommodation facilities which offer is the Hemavan Högfjällshotell, Hemavan Fjällcenter, Hemavans Wärdshus and Tärnaby Fjällhotell. All accommodation is hotel accommodation with breakfast included in the price. More info on accommodation facilities can be found here.
Airport Transfer: If you wish to transfer to – and from your accommodation in Hemavan, you’re welcome to add airport transfer to your booking. You add airport transfer after you have selected the flights and accommodation. The transports are carried out by Hemavan taxi where prices within Hemavan (Hemavan Högfjällshotell, Hemavans Wärdshus, Hemavan Fjällcenter) is 240: – turn / return per adult and 120 – for children up to 15 years. Price Tärnaby (Tärnaby Fjällhotell) is SEK 350 per adult tour / ticket and 175 SEK for children up to 15 years. To be able to process the booking, you need the flight number, date and time for both arrival and departure. You will find the flight number / flight number in the shopping cart during your chosen flight when you hover over the outward and return journey.
